= Compilation to fight cancer! Support this!! =

We are only one of the many bands supporting and appearing on the "electronic saviors : industrial music to cure cancer" 4CD compilation coming out on Metropolis Records in February 2010.

The compilation is put together by Jim Semonik, vocalist and founder of the US based project Rein[forced], who himself got diagnosed with and treated for cancer a few years ago.

When I first met Jim on our U.S. tour last year I was more than impressed with his way of handling his situation and his fight against cancer.

With my full heart I can say that Jim deserved more than just respect for handling his situation the way he did. For never giving up. Fighting for what matters most: Life.

The 4CD compilation features exclusive material on 83 tracks by bands such as Assemblage 23, I:Scintilla, Obscenity Trial, Combichrist, Nachtmahr, Suicide Commando, Aesthetic Perfection, Leather Strip, Iris, Deviant UK and many many more.

All proceeds from the sales of this unique compilation will directly go towards cancer research, so please support this great initiative!

With "Soulstrip" we are about to release our third studio album on October 2nd 2009.

"Without overstatement I can say that 'Soulstrip' so far is my most personal and most intimate release" (Oliver about the new album)

Preceding to the album release with "Über's Wasser Gehen" and "Glück Auf" two singles have been released, which both have been written by Robin Grubert (amonst others Songwriter for Martin Kesici, Sasha, Christina Stürmer) and produced by Tino Oac (Söhne Mannheims). The nationwide realized radio promotion lead to remarkable radio airplay. "Glück Auf" entered DAC Single Charts already within one week - and still remains there for the third week now. The video to "Glück Auf" also found it's way on various TV playlists.

We have just announced the Release of our second Single "Glück Auf" and already we were able to achieve first successes.

Not only the Song entered GEWC this week (http://www.gewc.de) on #12 but also first german TV Stations acquired a taste for it.

After 2007th TV-Premiere with "Daydream" now the new Single "Glück Auf" entered the Playlist of JUST MUSIC TV. JUST MUSIC TV is a network of Music-TV-Stations RCK TV, CLB TV, RLX TV and Jukebox broadcasting 24/7 nationwide on "Kabel Deutschland".

We are extremely curious how the Project "Glück Auf" will develop further until 09/11.

After our 2007 release "Daydream" the current Single reached Top 30 of Amazon Electropop bestsellers. The Videoclip of the Single reached on it's first day of publication Top 80 of most viewed YouTube's Musicvideos.

"Über's Wasser Gehen" receives nationwide Radio airplay. Not only stations such as NDR2, as we already informed you about, but also stations all over Germany are broadcasting the new Single. OBSCENITY TRIAL walk on Water

"Über's Wasser Gehen", the next Obscenity Trial single, will be released in early July as precursor to the next Obscenity Trial album.

At Indicative Studio, Producer Tino Oac (Söhne Mannheims), along with Obscenity Trial Mastermind Oliver Wand, conjured a picture-perfect electropop anthem. Electronic beats, mixed with the charismatic voice of Oliver Wand, along with a catchy tune are the ingredients of a perfect summer menu.

"Über's Wasser Gehen" was written by Robin Grubert, who not least made himself a name as a Songwriter by writing the Number-1-Hit "Angels of Berlin" for Martin Kesici or the Top-10-Hits "Slowly", "Coming Home", "Lucky Day" and "Hide And Seek" for Sasha.

For dessert, a B-Side is served: an acoustic version of "Never Too Late" (originally released in 2006 on the Obscenity Trial Album "Here And Now"), recorded by Oliver Wand, along with Cologne-based singer Kristina Linden. Two excellent voices combined with the Piano and Cello played by none other than Florian Sitzmann (amonst others: Söhne Mannheims, Nena, Sasha). Goose bumps guaranteed!

We just returned from Indicative Studios and wanted to give you an exclusive sneak peek at the results.

For our new Single we were able to team up with no other than Tino Oac ("Söhne Mannheims").

"The result of this collaboration is probably the strongest Obscenity Trial song so far" (Oliver Wand, Obscenity Trial).

Tino Oac has been a singer with Söhne Mannheims since 1998 and, in 2000, released the double platinum Album "ZION", followed 4 years later by "NOIZ", which went triple Platinum.

The singles and both albums remained in the Charts for over one year. During this time, he, along Söhne Mannheims won the following Music Awards:

Echo, Comet, Goldene Stimmgabel, etc....

In 2008, Tino, along Söhne Mannheims, appeared on MTV's Unplugged in "Söhne Mannheims vs. Xavier Naidoo - Wettsingen in Schwetzingen". Released on September 19th, 2008, the album achieved higher than gold status within one week and, with the single "Das hat die Welt noch nicht gesehen," as well as the album "Wettsingen in Schwetzingen," two releases from the MTV Unplugged series reached top of the charts for the first time ever.

Tino is not only a singer and songwriter but also working as a producer running his own Studio (Indicative Studio / Oacmusic) and was working with bands such as Massive Attack, Backstreet Boys, Udo Lindenberg and many more.
